Dr. Ross J. Todd, an international expert in “Guided Inquiry” and “Evidence-Based Practice” in school libraries will be giving the EXPO 2011 keynote. Dr. Todd is an Associate Professor at the Rutgers University School of Library and Information Sciences, and the Director of CISSL (Center for International Scholarship in School Libraries), referred to as one of “three institutes in particular...that are poised to make the biggest difference” in school library research.
